Nella collezione Nike X Off-White su MushKicks, la Virgil Abloh Archive x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Alaska" è una release che porta con sé un peso emotivo e culturale enorme. Questo modello proviene dall'archivio personale di Virgil Abloh, il visionario fondatore di Off-White scomparso nel novembre 2021. Non è semplicemente una sneaker: è un documento di design, un capitolo postumo di una delle collaborazioni più importanti nella storia delle scarpe. Il design è integralmente bianco, eseguito su un upper in pelle decostruita con i pannelli semi-staccati che hanno reso riconoscibile ogni Off-White x Jordan 1. Lo Swoosh è fissato con le iconiche cuciture a vista blu, il tag Nike Air è posizionato fuori centro sulla linguetta allungata in schiuma esposta, e il branding Off-White compare sul pannello laterale mediale. Il midsole off-white porta la scritta "AIR" stampata in caratteri blocco: un codice visivo che ormai fa parte del vocabolario della sneaker culture. Ogni elemento è un richiamo a quel linguaggio decostruttivista che Virgil ha inventato e che ha cambiato per sempre il modo in cui guardiamo le scarpe.

L'Alaska è il bianco assoluto, la tela vuota, l'essenza distillata di tutto ciò che la collaborazione Off-White x Jordan ha rappresentato dal 2017 in poi. Yeezy fit

Unlike other models, Yeezys tend to run slightly smaller.

For the Yeezy Boost 350 V2, Yeezy 380, Yeezy Boost 700, Yeezy Slide and Yeezy Foam RNNR, we recommend choosing a size larger than your usual size, i.e. one size larger.

For the Yeezy 500, however, the fit conforms to standard sizes, so you can opt for your usual size.

Fit of the Air Jordan and Nike Dunk

The Air Jordans, like the Nike Dunks, have a standard fit. So we recommend that you select your usual size without the need for alterations.
