- What are the shipping methods?
We pay particular attention to safety, therefore each order is shipped in a double box with an insured express courier.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking code by email, so you can monitor its progress in real time.
- What are the delivery times?
The products indicated with the wording 'EXPRESS 48H' are already authenticated and available in our warehouse. The delivery times of these items correspond to the shipping time of 1-2 working days for Italy only.
For all other items, delivery times vary from 3 to 15 working days. As each item must be previously sent to our warehouse, pass quality and authenticity checks and only then can it be shipped to the customer.
PS If the ordered item does not pass the quality and authenticity checks, the customer will be promptly informed and Mush Kicks will provide a new supply.
- How long does it take for my order to ship?
Each order is shipped only after passing the authentication process.
At this point, the order is entrusted to the selected courier for delivery in Italy, which will take place within 1-2 working days via Express courier.
For articles with the wording 'EXPRESS 48H' the following applies:
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 12pm are processed and shipped the same day as the order date. If the order is placed after 12pm, the product will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
Order processing takes a maximum of 2 working days.
Please note that deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may require slightly longer delivery times.
- What is the shipping cost to Italy?
Shipping is free on all orders starting from €200!
For orders under €200 the cost of express shipping is €9.90.
- How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking code and link to monitor its progress.
If you haven't received your order tracking, don't worry. In this case your order has not yet been shipped, but is being processed.

- Useful information on delivery
Once the order has been delivered to the courier, customers will receive an email notification containing the consignment note number relating to the order and a link for tracking the order.
Upon delivery, please customers inspect the package carefully before signing as confirmation of receipt. Mush Kicks packages are carefully sealed.
If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package (documenting its status with photos and videos) with reservation or to refuse delivery .
In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint at the courier's office and immediately contact Mush Kicks at the email address help@mushkicks.com.
In the event that the package is tampered with and the customer has not signed the receipt with reservation, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and it will not be possible to submit subsequent complaints.
All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with Mush Kicks and agree to receive delivery of the package relating to their order.
If a package cannot be delivered to the customer's address due to incorrect or incomplete contact information (telephone number, address, etc..) or absence of the recipient, or in the event that the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
